Grand Theft Auto V Actor Ned Luke Replays Game With Castmates

Ned Luke, best known for his role as Michael De Santa, has started another playthrough of GTA 5 ahead of the release of the next installment. This time, he is doing it with fellow cast members who portrayed other characters in the game. Luke hosts the series while his son Max, also known as Bubba, plays the game. The project was also his son’s idea.

The first episode featured Steven Ogg, who played Trevor, as a special guest. Ogg has spent years touring conventions with the main cast, interacting with fans and stepping back into character. However, Ogg has never actually completed Grand Theft Auto V, meaning parts of the story surprised him.

The primary appeal of the project is the cast commentary and reactions rather than the gameplay itself, as Luke and Steven spent nearly an hour just finishing the Prologue. The cast will likely share additional behind-the-scenes details about the development of GTA V during the series.

Shawn “Solo” Fonteno, who played Franklin, is expected to appear as a guest in the next episode. More of Luke’s friends may join in future episodes, which premiere every Tuesday and Saturday.
