Goldenvoice Debuts New ‘Seasonal Club Experience’ in San Francisco Featuring Peggy Gou, Mau P, and Michael Bibi

Goldenvoice Unveils Club Darc: A New Warehouse Rave Destination on San Francisco’s Waterfront
The visionaries behind Coachella and Portola are expanding their footprint in Northern California. Goldenvoice has officially announced the launch of Club Darc, a curated “seasonal club experience” designed to transform San Francisco’s industrial waterfront into a temporary epicenter for electronic music.
Set to debut on Friday, February 27, the series will run through Saturday, May 16. The venue of choice is the historic Shed A at Pier 48, a massive warehouse space situated just a stone’s throw from Oracle Park. This residency marks a milestone for the location, as these will be the inaugural electronic music productions held within the Shed A structure.
A Titan-Strength Lineup
The first wave of programming for Club Darc boasts a sophisticated roster of house and techno heavyweights. Featured artists include Peggy Gou, Michael Bibi, Chris Stussy, and Mau P. Fans can also look forward to sets from industry veterans like The Martinez Brothers and Armand Van Helden, alongside a compelling back-to-back performance from DJ Tennis and DJ Seinfeld.
Rounding out the initial schedule are Neil Frances (delivering a DJ set), Ben Stirling, Silva Bumpa, and the duo Miguelle & Tons. Each event is structured as a four-artist showcase, promising a deep dive into contemporary dance sounds. Tickets are scheduled to go live on January 28 at 10 a.m. PT via the official Club Darc website.
Revitalizing San Francisco’s Dance Scene
Since the 2022 launch of the Portola Music Festival at Pier 80, Goldenvoice has been instrumental in repositioning San Francisco as a premier global destination for dance music. This latest venture follows a string of successful high-capacity shows at Pier 80 featuring acts like Skrillex, Four Tet, and John Summit.
“Shed A at Pier 48 is the ultimate canvas for this vision,” says Danny Bell, Goldenvoice SVP Talent Buyer and founder of Club Darc. “Our goal, alongside our partners with the SF Giants, is to transform this warehouse into an ideal club environment that furthers San Francisco’s reputation as a worldwide electronic music hub.”
The San Francisco Giants, who manage the Pier 48 property, are equally enthusiastic about the cultural activation. Sara Grauf, SVP for the Giants, noted that the evolution of Shed A into a “true music destination” provides a vibrant new way to utilize the city’s historic maritime infrastructure.
