Get bloody with Butcher’s free Steam demo

Transhuman Design have launched a brand new playable demo for his or her chainsawtastic tackle 2D platforming, Butcher.

For extra small-scale goodness, here is our record of the best indie games

Describing itself as a blood-soaked love letter to the cult classics of the style, this 2D shooter places you within the mechanical boots of a cyborg “programmed to eradicate the last remains of humanity [and] your sole purpose is to well… annihilate anything that moves.”

The demo incorporates a pack of three ranges from the start of the sport.

This isn’t for the fainthearted, both. Even when you reckon you’ve bought the cojones to abdomen the gore, the sport’s so feckin’ onerous, the builders needed to retrospectively launch a simple mode known as W.I.M.P. DLC for some gamers (like me, let’s face it) to get via it.

If you want what you see, you may also safe 50 % off the worth of the total sport at simply £three.49 / $four.99 / €four.99. There’s additionally a half-price bundle when you’d like to choose up the soundtrack, too. The low cost ends July 17, 2017.

Thanks, RockPaperShotgun.
