From Racing Simulators to Arcades: iRacing Unveils New Game

iRacing — a studio celebrated for its faithful racing simulators — is taking a new direction. The team is developing iRacing Arcade for players who prefer breezier, more carefree races.

iRacing Arcade is scheduled to launch on December 2, 2025 for PC and is being developed jointly by iRacing and Original Fire Games.

In iRacing Arcade, competitors will tackle famous circuits from around the globe, now viewed from a third-person perspective. The developers promise an arcade-style experience while noting that, although the physics are simplified, they retain enough depth to keep races interesting.

The title will include licensed cars — among them the Porsche 911 GT3 — and tracks such as Imola and Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. Both single-player and online multiplayer modes will be available.
