French Electronic Duo Justice Reportedly Composed GTA 6 OST Album
Track No. 6 on the Music Album
The track Justice feat. Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard — Flower in a Hurricane, which played during today’s showcase, has been included in Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, where it occupies the symbolic No. 6 spot.
OST Album Announced
In a brief announcement, Rockstar Games revealed the release of another album featuring the game’s official soundtrack. The music is composed by French electronic duo Justice. The developers stated they will share more details at a later date.
This is not the duo’s first appearance in the series. Their tracks have previously appeared on radio stations in earlier installments:
- Waters of Nazareth on Electro-Choc in GTA 4;
- Stress on MOTOMAMI Los Santos in GTA Online.
An official soundtrack consists of original score that plays outside the in-game radio stations, during specific missions or key moments in the game. It functions as background music that helps shape the atmosphere and influence how players experience a particular scene, differentiating it from The Album.
Rumor: Collaboration With The Weeknd
Following the release of the track, Canadian singer The Weeknd posted a photo of the French duo on his alternative Instagram account, prompting fans to speculate that a collaboration might be in the works. Rumors have also circulated for some time that he could be part of the GTA VI musical lineup.
