Originally introduced as a core feature in Season 9 back in 2019, Team Rumble will be substituted by Fortnite’s innovative ‘Training Grounds’ playlist. This transition will occur with the rollout of today’s v36.10 update.

In lieu of Team Rumble, Training Grounds offers a dynamic 8v8 team battles mode with distinct elements tailored to the current Battle Royale Season:

• All participants begin with a Ch6 S3 Hero weapon
• Full Health Siphon is enabled
• Battle Royale Quests can be completed within this mode
• Chapter 6 POIs will switch on a regular basis

 

Epic describes the new mode as “an excellent way to warm up or relax.” Further details will be shared once Training Grounds becomes available following the v36.10 update. We’ll continue to keep you informed.
