Epic Games has unveiled the inaugural live event for Fortnite OG, set for July.
Presented alongside the launch of OG Season 4, the ‘Blast Off’ live event is now slated for July 26, 2025, with specific timing yet to be announced. This event is anticipated to be a faithful reenactment of Fortnite’s first event from 2018.
Epic’s official event narrative is as follows:
“In the aftermath of the meteor, a mysterious figure has been seen around the Island, shadowed by whispers of rockets and clandestine lairs. As Chapter 1 Season 4 unfolds, so does the tale of The Visitor — seemingly culminating in a rocket launch that forever altered the Island.”
