Following yesterday’s debut of The Casting of Frank Stone, subscribers can already try the next wave of releases. Today, five new games have been added to Game Pass.
The headline addition is Ball x Pit, which launched simultaneously across major platforms and landed on Game Pass immediately. It’s an unusual fusion of roguelite, survival, and base-building: players combine balls into devastating projectiles to obliterate enemy hordes in spectacular encounters. Gathered resources are spent on expanding your base, generating materials, and recruiting distinctive heroes, adding strategic depth to the gameplay. David Jaffe, creator of the original God of War, has already called the project a contender for Game of the Year 2025.
Four more titles have also joined the catalog:
- The Grinch: Christmas Adventures (consoles and PC) — a festive platformer in which the Grinch schemes to steal Christmas; players control the mischievous green troublemaker and make use of his gadgets.
- Eternal Strands (PC and Xbox Series X|S) — the debut from Yellow Brick Games, featuring epic clashes with colossal creatures, potent magic, and heavy weaponry.
- Ninja Gaiden 2 Black (PC and Xbox Series X|S) — a remastered classic starring Ryu Hayabusa.
- He Is Coming (PC — Game Preview) — a grim RPG with autobattler elements where players face off against a demonic king.
