Outcome First Look: Keanu Reeves in Jonah Hill’s Dark Comedy

Apple TV unveiled the first images from Outcome on February 3, 2026. The dark comedy stars Keanu Reeves as Reef Hawk, a famous Hollywood actor whose public image is threatened when an unknown blackmailer claims to possess a damaging video.

What the first images reveal

Rather than wait for the recording to surface, Reef begins revisiting people he may have hurt in the past. His longtime friends Kyle and Xander, played by Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer, join the effort, while Jonah Hill appears as crisis lawyer Ira. The setup turns the mystery into an uncomfortable tour through Reef’s career, relationships and carefully managed celebrity persona.

The official gallery shows Reeves both alone and alongside Diaz, Bomer and Hill. Apple positions the film as a character-driven dark comedy rather than an action vehicle, with the blackmail plot forcing Reef to confront his past and identify the person threatening his future.

Cast and filmmakers

Hill directed Outcome and co-wrote the screenplay with Ezra Woods. The film comes from Apple Studios and was produced by Matt Dines, Alison Goodwin and Hill under the Strong Baby banner. The wider cast includes Martin Scorsese, Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, David Spade, Atsuko Okatsuka and Roy Wood Jr.
