Film “Pearl” and CLUEV Jewelry Collection Premiere Held in Moscow

The luxury jeweler CLUEV premiered the film “Pearl,” starring Svetlana Khodchenkova, alongside an eponymous collection crafted at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and haute jewelry.

On November 28, a private pre‑release screening of “Pearl,” hosted by CLUEV, took place at the Khudozhestvenny cinema.

Directed by Tina Barkalaya, the film is poised to become one of the year’s standout cultural events — not only because of its stellar cast but due to a refined visual language in which jewelry assumes a pivotal role. As the film’s official partner, CLUEV supplied not merely accessories but objects that act as living elements of the narrative. At the heart of the story is a pair of pearl earrings that, from the first moments, establish the film’s tone, rhythm and emotional depth.

The story follows a family that takes a child from an orphanage into their care. Confronted with new challenges, the couple (played by Svetlana Khodchenkova and Evgeny Tsyganov) decide to travel to India — the country that the foster child Marta (Darya Poluneeva) has long dreamed of visiting.

The Khudozhestvenny, a venue long associated with the most high‑profile social film premieres, drew an impressive crowd: lead actress and CLUEV ambassador Svetlana Khodchenkova, Ilya Klyuev, Igor Chapurin, Riad Mammadov, Yana Rudkovskaya, Ksenia Kitaeva, Evgenia Milova, Yulia Bordovskikh, Marika Kravtsova, Alexander Rappoport, Irina Golomazdina, Oksana Rim, Madonna Moore, Ksenia Chilingarova, Viktoria Portfolio, Milana Pich, Yulia Khlynina, Viktoria Manasir, Julianna Karaulova, Natalia Malinova, Natalia Dogadina, Maria Melnikova, Olga Panchenko, Alisa Ruban, Anna Alexandrova, Anastasia Vinokur, Konstantin and Olga Andrikopulos, and many others.

“CLUEV has always drawn inspiration from women’s stories. We cherish images that are unafraid to be complex, deep and vulnerable. We believe a true jewel speaks to the inner voice, not to status. With ‘Pearl’ we discovered a rare harmony — cinema and the art of fine jewelry merging into a single story,” says Ilya Klyuev, founder of House CLUEV.

“A pearl symbolizes inner truth. It cannot be cut or polished into something other than itself — it is born of pain, time and silence. That is why the CLUEV earrings became the film’s emotional center. For me, CLUEV is not simply about adornment; it is about character, about a woman’s quiet strength and the light within,” says Svetlana Khodchenkova, who also became the face of the jewelry house this year.

The “Pearl” collection, inspired by the film, is a tribute to the grandeur of cinema. CLUEV translates the timeless grace and muted magic of black‑and‑white film into precious materials. This is a jewelry narrative in which the pearl becomes a living expression of cinematic language — each piece an ode to film, evoking the sparkle of premieres and the elusive charm of screen stars.
