The film chronicling the creation of the iconic sports drama “Rocky,” titled “Rocky — That’s Me,” is scheduled to open in Russian cinemas on January 26, 2026. The distribution rights have been secured by the Eksponenta company.
“Rocky — That’s Me” follows Sylvester Stallone’s formative years and his rise toward a major creative career. The part of the young Sly is played by Anthony Ippolito, best known for the series “The Offer.”
The picture is directed by Peter Farrelly, the filmmaker behind the Oscar-winning “Green Book.” Principal photography wrapped in October.
Joining Ippolito on screen are AnnaSophia Robb, Matt Dillon, Toby Kebbell and others.
