Katy Perry’s “Bandaids” Wins This Week’s Fan-Voted Poll
Published Nov. 7, 2025

Fans have named Katy Perry’s newest single, “Bandaids,” the top pick in this week’s Billboard fan poll. The results were published on Nov. 7, 2025, and Perry’s track captured 44% of votes from readers.
Released amid a strong slate of new material — including projects from Rosalía, Hilary Duff and Kehlani — “Bandaids” emerged as the clear favorite. Rosalía’s Lux followed with 37% of the vote, Hilary Duff’s “Mature” received 9%, and Kehlani’s “Out the Window” earned 2%.
“Bandaids” chronicles the aftermath of a long-term breakup, with Perry reflecting on the struggle to move forward. The chorus finds her singing about lowered expectations and slow recovery: “Bandaids over a broken heart… Bleeding out, bleeding out, bleeding out slow.” The single is Perry’s first release since her split from actor Orlando Bloom.
Perry shared candidly with fans on Instagram about the song’s personal nature, admitting she hesitated over releasing it but hoped its vulnerability would help listeners who’ve faced similar experiences. Read her Instagram note (opens in a new tab): Instagram post.
Musically, Perry continues to support her catalog on the Lifetimes Tour, which launched in April 2025. At the time of publication, she was wrapping the European leg and planning performances in China later in November 2025.
Her most recent full-length album, 143, arrived in 2024 and debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200.
