Mike Patton—lead singer of Faith No More, Tomahawk, and Dead Cross—will grace tomorrow’s NFL Playoffs with a tune… the National Anthem. The Dallas Cowboys will face off in opposition to the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday (January 12) at L.A.’s Memorial Coliseum, beginning at 8:15 p.m. EST. Patton will sing “The Star Spangled Banner” previous to kickoff.
Patton’s newest launch with Dead Cross was the band’s 2017 eponymous debut. Faith No More dropped Sol Invictus—their first LP after an 18-year hiatus—in 2015.
