ENHYPEN Discusses Cultivating a Cozy Atmosphere With Their Latest Mini-Album ‘Orange Blood’

ENHYPEN is fresh off the launch of Orange Blood, the K-pop celebrities’ 5th mini cd, and the team took a seat with Billboard‘s Tetris Kelly to review their rapid development in the songs market and their love for their fanbase, ENGENEs.

“We had Orange Blood in mind when we dropped our last album, Dark Blood,” participant Jungwon discussed. “The songs, much like the title, carried a darker theme overall, but Orange Blood has this warm vibe to its name. It reflects our desire to get closer to ENGENEs on a deeper, more personal level.”

About the solitary, “Sweet Venom,” Jay opened regarding creating on the track. “I’m so glad to be part of our album. I thought about some of our old songs and how the lyrics were then, so boom. It just happened,” he shared.

After 2 offered sold-out programs in Seoul and a Japanese dome excursion, ENHYPEN finished the U.S. leg of their Fate World Tour on Oct. 22, throughout which the vocalists played to over 85,000 followers, representatives claim, throughout 7 programs in 6 cities: Los Angeles, Glendale, Houston, Dallas, Newark, and Chicago. Their previous mini cd, Dark Blood, made the act its highest possible charting launch to day, coming to a head at No. 4 and investing an overall of 10 advancing weeks on the Billboard 200 in June.
