Passengers in the autonomous Tesla Cybercab will be able to connect PlayStation and Xbox consoles to the vehicle and play games during trips, according to Elon Musk.

The announcement came in response to a post from Tesla’s official account regarding the multimedia capabilities of the Cybercab. The company highlighted a 22-inch screen, applications for watching movies, listening to music, and gaming, alongside planned Starlink V5 integration.

The billionaire did not disclose technical details. Based on his statements, the Cybercab will be able to display video input from external consoles. This will be a new feature for Tesla, as current models support built-in games and controllers while lacking support for external video devices.

The Cybercab is designed as a fully autonomous vehicle without a steering wheel or pedals, allowing passengers to work, rest, and entertain themselves during the ride. Limited rides have already begun in Austin, Texas.

It remains unknown when the feature will launch, whether it will be exclusive to the Cybercab, or how consoles will physically connect to the vehicle system.
