Dropout Renews Make Some Noise for Season 5

Game Changer season 8 is wrapping up, but the Sam Reich-hosted antics continue. Season 5 of the Dropout improv comedy series Make Some Noise launches next month and brings back several familiar faces alongside a major fan-favorite return.

Very Important People host Vic Michaelis missed season 4 while filming Ponies overseas, but they return for at least two episodes in season 5. They share the stage with Kimia Behpoornia and Ally Beardsley in one episode, and Jiavani and Jeremy Culhane in another. They bring chaotic energy to the set and plenty of pressure for Reich.

Whose Line Is It Anyway for millennials

Make Some Noise draws heavy comparisons to the classic improv series Whose Line Is It Anyway?. Players respond to unseen prompts and challenges with improvised comedy. Pete Holmes returns to roast Reich, while Demi Adejuyigbe, Kurt Maloney, and Elaine Carroll step in as guest hosts for select episodes.

Season 5 features numerous Dropout regulars, including Lisa Gilroy, Paul F. Tompkins, Jacob Wysocki, Anna Garcia, Lou Wilson, and Siobhan Thompson. Ben Schwartz, known for voicing Sonic the Hedgehog, returns for his third consecutive season. Noise Boys Brennan Lee Mulligan, Zac Oyama, and Josh Ruben also team up for at least one dedicated episode.

Following the standard Dropout release schedule, Make Some Noise drops new episodes every other week. The 15-episode fifth season premieres on Monday, Oct. 5.
