Polish studio Jujubee and publisher 101XP have revealed the release date for Dark Moon. The game will arrive on PC on October 29, 2025, and will be available on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
Dark Moon stands out as one of 2025’s most distinctive projects. It blends real-time strategy, survival mechanics, and a narrative-driven campaign. Set on the Moon, its mood and emotional intensity often invite comparisons to Frostpunk — here too players must make grim moral choices and fight to survive in unforgiving conditions.
The developers emphasize that the game has its own identity. Mobile bases that resemble mechanical spiders, a bold visual language, and gameplay built around avoiding sunlight combine to create a unique atmosphere.
Players will need to survive by staying in shadow, scavenging resources, and upgrading their mobile bases. Every decision alters the story’s trajectory. Dark Moon’s motto is: “Don’t go into the light.”
