A newly compiled set of remixes from Daft Punk’s third studio album, Human After All, will be issued on vinyl for the first time.

The vinyl edition commemorates the 20th anniversary of Human After All, which originally reached No. 98 on the Billboard 200 in April 2005. Following the album’s initial run, a remix collection by associates and contemporaries — including Justice, Soulwax and SebastiAn — was issued on CD exclusively in Japan the year after the album’s release.

In 2014, an expanded assortment of Human After All remixes (featuring reworks from acts such as Basement Jaxx and The Juan Maclean) was added to streaming services. Over time some tracks have been reimagined more than once; this forthcoming vinyl compilation collects 15 selections across two discs.

Human After All — conceived and completed in roughly six months — followed the duo’s 2001 LP Discovery. Daft Punk would not release another studio album until 2013’s Random Access Memories.
