Cyber-western ExeKiller gets a second chance as a new publisher picks up the game

The retro-futuristic shooter ExeKiller—billed as a cyber-western—has a new publisher. After Null Games exited the publishing business, 505 Games took over the project.

Paradark Studio announced the deal on the ExeKiller Steam page. The game was previously slated for release under Null Games before the company abandoned its game publishing operations.

The studio noted that the road to release has been complicated.

Paradark considers this agreement a significant step for the team. The developers expect more support, resources, and freedom to execute their vision. This partnership allows the studio to retain its team and finish the game to the highest possible standard.

The developers have not yet announced a release date.
