Crunchyroll Spotlights Goku and Jinwoo with New Prestige Blu-ray Editions

This past year marked the conclusion of several heavy-hitting anime sagas, most notably Dragon Ball Daima and the second season of Solo Leveling: Arise from the Shadow. Daima holds a profound significance as the final project the legendary Akira Toriyama personally touched before his passing. Meanwhile, Solo Leveling continues its dominant run after securing Anime of the Year at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. To celebrate these milestones, both series are slated for premium physical Blu-ray releases in 2026, featuring exclusive limited editions available via the Crunchyroll Store.

Launching on March 3, the Dragon Ball Daima limited edition is encased in a premium silver-foil rigid box, boasting unique illustrations by renowned character designer Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru. This collector’s set is packed with silver-foil art cards and a variety of stickers featuring the “mini” versions of Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo. The release also serves as a celebration of a historic milestone: the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Ball franchise, which first captured hearts back in 1986.

Shortly after, on March 17, Solo Leveling Season 2 makes its home video debut. Fans can relive the high-octane spectacle of Sung Jinwoo’s confrontation with the Ant King through a limited edition set that includes a massive 68-page artbook. This book offers a deep dive into the production with exclusive interviews from the Japanese voice cast and creative staff, alongside four art cards and a sticker sheet dedicated to the series’ iconic shadow summons.

Beyond the episodes themselves, the allure of these releases lies in their high-quality physical extras. The Solo Leveling artbook captures the series’ increasingly cinematic aesthetic, providing a permanent gallery of its most stunning frames.
