Classic Tekken Arrives Today on PS5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2

The original Tekken arrives on platforms outside the PlayStation ecosystem for the first time. The game launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 25, 2026.

This release marks over 30 years since the fighter debuted. The game joins the Arcade Archives 2 line from Hamster Corporation. This collection features arcade versions of classic titles using emulation of the original hardware.

The reissue costs $16.99. Players receive new modes including Time Attack, Hi Score, and Caravan. An Original Mode also provides extra settings for the game.

Users can adjust the difficulty level, remap buttons, rewind gameplay, and create multiple save files. The release includes VRR support for smoother visuals.
