Cillian Murphy is expected to take a role in the forthcoming third installment of the ’28 Years Later’ series, with Sony’s producers actively developing the next chapter of the zombie horror franchise. Alex Garland, the franchise’s regular screenwriter, is set to write the screenplay. No director has been officially announced yet, although Danny Boyle has previously said he would direct if the studio gives its approval.
