Battlefield 6 on Ultra++: DICE Reveals Final PC System Requirements
DICE has confirmed the final system requirements for Battlefield 6. Only a select few will be able to run the game on Ultra++ settings.
Ahead of release, the studio published the complete PC requirements and unveiled a new graphics tier dubbed Ultra++. This setting is aimed at enthusiasts with top-tier hardware: to play at 4K with 144–240 frames per second you’ll need a genuine powerhouse.
The minimum configuration lists an AMD 9800X3D or Intel Core 9 Ultra 285K paired with a GeForce RTX 5080 or a more capable GPU. Battlefield 6 currently does not employ ray tracing, which let DICE concentrate on optimization and smoother animations.
The developers note the game performs well even on modest machines — during the beta, players reported strong frame rates on systems below the stated minimums. Battlefield 6 should run smoothly on most setups, but achieving the Ultra++ maximums will test the limits of even the priciest PCs.
