On August 16, Aretha Franklin died on the age of 76 after a battle with pancreatic most cancers. A memorial has now been introduced. The public viewing will happen on August 28 and 29 on the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in her hometown of Detroit, spanning from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each days. Her funeral, restricted to family and friends, will happen on August 31.
Following her loss of life, Franklin was remembered by countless admirers, together with Quincy Jones, Paul McCartney, Barack and Michelle Obama, and lots of extra.
