Aretha Franklin, the Queen of Soul, died today at the age of 76. The music world has reacted to her passing. In the days leading to her death, Franklin was reported to have been “gravely ill.” Her family revealed, in a statement via her publicist, that she died due to advanced pancreatic cancer of the neuroendocrine type.
