NBA 2K27 Trailer Hints at a Possible GTA 6 Crossover

A new NBA 2K27 trailer previews Season 3 with several references that may connect the basketball game to GTA 6. NBA 2K27 is scheduled to release on September 4.

Several details point to a possible connection:

• a poster using the first officially published Grand Theft Auto VI artwork
• seagull sounds and police sirens
• an R* logo on one of two arcade machines
• the font and colors used for the Season 3 text

NBA 2K27 Season 1 will also include an alien outfit resembling the Green Martian Bodysuit from GTA Online. The trailer does not confirm what content could move between the two games.

Grand Theft Auto VI materials mention a Vice City team called the Vice City Narcos. Players can shoot hoops and may be able to play three-on-three streetball.

NBA 2K27 Season 3 is expected in November, the same month currently listed for the Grand Theft Auto 6 release. Rockstar Games and the 2K publishing label are part of Take-Two, but neither side has officially confirmed a crossover.
