On the first day of the month the developers announced that the video game library available with the GTA+ subscription will be enhanced with another classic — Bully (also known as Canis Canem Edit) on August 20th. Despite this, some hotheads couldn’t resist jumping to the unfounded conclusion that a remake/re-release is imminent (they even dragged tomorrow’s Gamescom into it, claiming an announcement would be made there), following news of the game’s re-evaluation in various parts of the world. First, the age rating was updated in Taiwan, followed by Australia and Europe.
Well, nothing new regarding the 2006 title is expected. However, those who have subscribed can already enjoy the game. As clarified by Rockstar’s technical support, different versions are available for console owners of different families. Those playing on PS4 and PS5 receive the original Bully from PS2, which was previously released on PlayStation 4. Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S players get Bully: Scholarship Edition, which includes additional missions, classes, clothing, and two-player mini-games.
In addition to the console versions, the “rock stars” promised to include the mobile versions, Bully: Anniversary Edition for iOS and Android, in the subscription, but they have not done this yet.
