1000xResist, one of 2024’s most celebrated indie releases, is expanding to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S (including Xbox Game Pass) on November 4, 2025. The transfer brings the game’s acclaimed narrative and atmospheric world to next‑generation consoles.
Developed by Sunset Visitor, 1000xResist first debuted on PC and Nintendo Switch on May 9, 2024. The game takes place a millennium after a devastating plague—spread by an enigmatic alien species—has reduced humanity to a hidden, subterranean society governed by the enigmatic Allmother. Players assume the role of Iris, a Watcher who assists the Allmother alongside six prominent figures known as the Sisters. When Iris uncovers a truth that contradicts the doctrines she’s been taught, she must confront the hierarchy and unravel a conspiracy that has endured for generations.
