2026 Oscar Nominees Announced

The nominations for the 98th Academy Awards have been officially announced in Los Angeles. Ryan Coogler’s Sinners emerged as the frontrunner, dominating the field with the highest number of mentions.

The shortlist for the year’s most outstanding cinematic achievements also includes several other critically acclaimed titles.

The grand ceremony is set to take place on the night of March 15–16, with comedian Conan O’Brien returning to take the helm as the evening’s host. The contenders in the major categories are listed below.
