Xbox 20 years: a translucent black controller and a headset that refer to the debug kit

A few hours ago, Microsoft let us know about its partnership with Adidas for the marketing of a pair of collector sneakers to mark the 20th anniversary of the Xbox brand. That was obviously not all, and on the accessories side, the American giant also plans to release a controller and a collector headset. Two products that will go on sale on November 15, and for good reason, it is the release date of the first Xbox in the United States, already 20 years ago. Unlike the pair of sneakers, Microsoft has opted for a less striking color, but not devoid of interest. The fluorescent green has indeed given way to a translucent black / gray reminiscent of the original Xbox debug kit. So inevitably, for the average person, that has no memory, since it is the developers and the journalists who were the only ones to access this kind of machines. But whatever, this slight transparency in the controller will distinguish the entire mechanism, especially as the Xbox button refers to the very first logo of the brand, with its flashy green. Moreover, we find the iconic color on the grips of the handles and around the directional cross.
