Wo Long 2 Testers Report Problems, With Half of Participants Voicing Complaints
Team Ninja has promised to fix the problems in Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember following player criticism, particularly over the PC version’s optimization.
In an official statement, Team Ninja acknowledged that the game’s alpha version suffered from numerous bugs. Players also criticized the combat system, the co-op mode, and online gameplay.
According to a survey, 50.5% of participants rated performance negatively because of frame rate drops and stuttering. Another 24.8% gave a positive assessment, and 24.7% called the game mediocre.
The developers plan to rework the elements that drew complaints, including the combat system, to encourage a more active playstyle. Optimization will be the top priority.
Team Ninja confirmed that Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember will launch on March 4, 2027, on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will also be available in Xbox Game Pass on release day.
