The fourth edition of the online streaming festival “New Season” wrapped up in Sochi, where several winners were announced.
Pavel Timofeev’s “Get Back on Your Feet” was named the festival’s most anticipated series. Dmitry Vlaskin’s “The Family Man” took the award for Best Film. Debut director Miguel and his series “The Art of Falling” were honored with the “New Season Discovery” prize.
The rest of the laureates are:
New Season Hero – Gosha Kutsenko (“Get Back on Your Feet”)
New Season Heroine – Anna Mikhalkova (“Half-Decay”)
Special Prize – “Feofan”, dir. Ilya Plotnikov
Best Platform Trailer – streaming service KION
