The Coen Brothers’ new movie The Ballad of Buster Scruggs is scheduled to reach on Netflix and in choose theaters on November 16. It was beforehand revealed that Tom Waits had been tapped to appear within the six-part anthology function, starring alongside Tim Blake Nelson, Liam Neeson, Zoe Kazan, James Franco, and others.
