Her set showcased a softer, moodier side of her voice that contrasted with the high-energy sound fans often associate with BLACKPINK.

In the segment she reflected on her early training-camp experiences and played an early demo of “APT.” predating the Bruno Mars–produced version. She also surprised listeners with a two-song medley that blended the cinematic melancholy of Lana Del Rey with the classic storytelling of Paul Simon.

On the Del Rey selection, ROSÉ favored raw, intimate vocal phrasing over shimmering, reverb-laden guitar textures. Her performance emphasized fragile melodic turns and a restrained emotional delivery, creating a tense, atmospheric contrast to the more produced recordings of the track.
