Lil Wayne lastly delivered his new album Tha Carter V to the world final week after years of authorized limbo. To mark the event, Wayne is sitting down with journalist Elliott Wilson in his hometown of New Orleans for the newest installment of Wilson’s long-running “CRWN” interview collection. Tha Carter V arrived on Friday after about six years of delays from label issues and even legal drama. The 23-track LP options Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Sampha, Snoop Dogg, and plenty of others. The final installment, Tha Carter IV, was launched in 2011. Last evening, he performed and sat down for an interview on “The Tonight Show.”
