UFL on mobile signs Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha after viral rise
Cape Verde national team goalkeeper Vozinha has signed his first commercial deal with UFL on mobile, a football game backed by Cristiano Ronaldo. The partnership follows a sharp rise in the player’s public profile after recent performances for Cape Verde.
According to Strikerz Inc., Vozinha’s Instagram audience grew from about 50,000 followers to more than 17 million in a few days. The partnership was announced through his official Instagram account and connects the real-world football story with UFL’s mobile release.
UFL on mobile recently passed 5 million players after expanding its global soft launch. During its first month, players completed more than 20 million matches and scored almost 65 million goals. Before the mobile version, UFL was released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, where it has attracted more than 7 million players.
The mobile version includes PvP and PvE modes, a 4v4 format, licensed FIFPRO footballers and adidas content. A limited-time Open Tournament lets players represent countries, progress through tournament stages and earn rewards.
