Ubisoft Invites You to the World of Morbid Metal: New Trailer and Upcoming Beta Test

At Tokyo Game Show 2025, Ubisoft revealed a new trailer for Morbid Metal and confirmed upcoming tests — you can register on Steam via this link. From the first footage the game leaves a strong impression, and many players believe it could become one of the publisher’s biggest surprises.

Morbid Metal is a fast-paced hack-and-slash rogue-lite where players swap characters in real time to forge distinctive attack combinations. The combat system lets you seamlessly chain heroes’ abilities, opening the door to spectacular eliminations — from hordes of deadly machines to complex boss encounters.

The game plunges players into a dystopian future where every step is a struggle to survive. Gameplay emphasizes speed, intense combat, and exploration of ruined environments. New levels let you grow your character and unlock upgrades, but death strips you of acquired rewards until you try again.
