This deep dive explores the evolution of EventLab—now featuring streamlined quality-of-life improvements—the introduction of real-time collaborative building via Horizon CoLab, and our exciting new customizable properties: Garages and The Estate.
Personalized Garages and The Estate
We have reimagined the Player House system, introducing an entirely new, fully customizable Garage for every property in the game.
This space is your canvas. Fill it with as many props as you desire—and rest easy knowing you will receive a full refund upon removal. Mix, match, and curate themes to your heart’s content, or embrace organized chaos; the choice is yours. Within your garage, you can spotlight up to four vehicles, position your character for the perfect pose, and examine every detail in Forzavista.
Better yet, visit other players’ garages to admire their collections and custom designs. You can even download community-shared layouts and apply them to your own spaces to showcase your favorite cars.
Using the intuitive drone camera, you can move freely through both your own garages and those of your friends, allowing you to appreciate every architectural detail from any angle. When visiting others, you will even see their character placed exactly where they intended.
Then, there is The Estate. Situated amidst dramatic cliffs and breathtaking mountain vistas, this expansive plot offers the ultimate setting to build your dream home. Leveraging our upgraded EventLab toolset, you have the flexibility to construct anything from bustling urban environments to secluded forests—or even a custom festival site. This permanent, personal space is yours to decorate, explore, and share with visitors.
Much like the Customizable Garages, you can easily explore and download Estates crafted by fellow players.
EventLab Upgrades
Alongside these new spaces, we have overhauled EventLab, our robust toolkit for creating custom races, challenges, stunts, and diverse gameplay experiences.
New features include “Stamping,” which allows for the rapid placement of recurring props. You can now test your creations on the fly with the “Free Drive” mode, which operates independently of your event’s driving line. For solo creators, the addition of Undo and Redo functions makes refining your maps faster and more intuitive than ever.
EventLab now empowers you to begin building anywhere in the game world with just a few button presses. With these enhancements, your imagination truly is the only limit.
Furthermore, you can reposition the start grid within the Route Creator. Whether you are building in the sky or on the road, you can now place your start line exactly where it makes the most sense for your custom route.
Upon entering EventLab, the system automatically generates 12 grid positions, snapping them to road surfaces in a traditional format if applicable. You have total freedom to adjust these—creating unique drag lineups, staggered starts, or even circular configurations.
Precision Mode makes a welcome return, offering a dampened camera speed for meticulous prop placement, while the popular Orbit Camera remains available via the options menu.
The beloved Challenge system is back and fully integrated into EventLab. By folding Super7 capabilities into the core toolset, every new improvement applies to your Challenges. You can now build and play across all of Japan, with all Challenges conveniently organized within the EventLab menu.
Perhaps most exciting is the introduction of multiplayer building support through **Horizon CoLab**. Note: While Garages and The Estate remain solo-building experiences, Horizon CoLab lets you team up with friends to design incredible areas or create chaotic, fun-filled playgrounds for others to explore.

Japan Awaits!
Forza Horizon 6 launches on May 19 for Xbox Series X|S and PC, with a PlayStation 5 release following later this year. Early Access is included with the Premium Edition. Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers can purchase the Premium Upgrade to unlock the full game up to four days early, starting May 15.
