On Sept. 15, 48-year-old Justin Lee Fisher was arrested after allegedly scaling the perimeter fence at Travis Kelce’s residence to deliver deposition paperwork intended for Taylor Swift on behalf of director Justin Baldoni.

According to People, the arrest occurred around 2 a.m., a time when both the pop star and her fiancé were reportedly at home. Fisher was charged with what authorities described as “jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood.”

Rolling Stone further reports that two other individuals — Drew Bossi and Laura Baker — were cited for criminal trespass at Kelce’s property during the same incident on Sept. 15.

Billboard has contacted Swift’s representatives and the Leawood Police Department in Kansas City for comment.

The episode unfolds amid Justin Baldoni’s high-profile legal dispute with his It Ends With Us collaborator Blake Lively. Lively sued Baldoni last year alleging on-set harassment and what she describes as a campaign to undermine her reputation after filming wrapped. Baldoni later filed a defamation counterclaim that was dismissed by a judge; Lively’s original suit is slated to go to trial in 2026.

Throughout the litigation, Baldoni has sought to involve Swift, alleging — without naming her directly — that Lively attempted to leverage the influence of a famous friend to sway creative decisions on It Ends With Us. In June, a judge permitted text messages exchanged between Swift and Lively to be introduced as evidence in the case.

Baldoni also requested that Swift be deposed; that petition was denied by a judge on Sept. 12.
