“Crazy Rich Asians” star Awkwafina & “SNL” alum Seth Meyers will host.
Saturday Night Live is already promising fairly the lineup for his or her new season. Earlier this month, SNL revealed that Adam Driver would host its season 44 premiere this Saturday together with musical visitor Kanye West. On Thursday (Sept. 27), the late-night tv present introduced the hosts and musical friends of the next two episodes of the season.
Awkwafina, the breakout star of the summer season blockbuster movies Ocean’s 8 and Crazy Rich Asians, will host the Oct. 6 present, alongside musical visitor Travis Scott. Scott not too long ago launched his album Astroworld and can kick off his tour in November. This present will mark each Awkwafina and Scott’s first occasions on SNL.
On Oct. 13, two SNL veterans will rejoice their homecoming. Host Seth Meyers, who spent 13 seasons on SNL, will make his return together with musical visitor Paul Simon. This look can be Simon’s 15th time on SNL and considered one of his first appearances since concluding his sold-out Homeward Bound-The Farewell Tour, on Sept.22. Simon can even be celebrating his 77th birthday on the SNL stage.
Saturday Night Live returns Saturday evening at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT on NBC.
