The Kansas City Chiefs’ dynamic duo—tight end Travis Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes—are set to unveil their swanky steakhouse, 1587 Prime, in one week. The venue hosted a friends-and-family soft opening on Monday, September 8, where Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, is rumored to have indulged in the house cocktail, The Alchemy.

Per the Kansas City Star, The Alchemy marries a clarified citrus vodka foundation with dry curaçao, aronia berries, cranberries, strawberries, fresh lime, and oolong tea. Mahomes and Kelce each have their own signature libation: Mahomes’s Showtime blends aged rum, coconut, Coors Light syrup, lime, and soda, while Kelce’s Big Yeti combines Gentleman’s Cut Bourbon and Bulleit Rye with nocino, demerara sugar, and aromatic bitters.

Though the complete menu remains under wraps, an Instagram preview reveals standout dishes like A5 Carpaccio—Wagyu beef adorned with pickled mushrooms, pine nuts, umami aioli, and shaved black truffle; Tuna Tartare crowned with truffle ponzu, avocado, chili oil, lime foam, and a crispy rice cracker; and Tajima Wagyu aged in whiskey barrel soy and sprinkled with triple-inferno salt.

Other offerings include a vibrant chopped salad with beef salami, chickpeas, tomatoes, pepperoncini, aged provolone, olives, roasted pine nuts, artichokes, and red wine vinaigrette; classic Steak Tartare featuring hand-cut Wagyu, egg yolk, truffle aioli, crispy capers, shallots, and toasted sourdough; the indulgent “33” Burger; a curated steak flight; Shrimp Diablo; Togarashi-crusted fried chicken with hot chive, wasabi, and green onion; plus a playful Mahomes ketchup flight.

The Star describes the restaurant’s design as having a tunnel-like entrance reminiscent of a stadium portal, a ground-floor bar seating 20 beside a nightly live-music stage, and banquet-style seating throughout its 238 seats. A winding staircase leads to an upstairs panoramic city-view dining room for up to 40 guests, accessed via its own private entrance.
