Train Graveyard Simulator turns railway scrapyards into a business
Games Incubator announced Train Graveyard Simulator, a new management and dismantling game about running a railway scrapyard. Players will buy decommissioned locomotives and railcars, take them apart, recover useful materials and expand the business.
The game focuses on detailed manual dismantling. Small parts, wiring, engines and heavy components can be removed with the right tools. Some elements can be cut into scrap metal, while others are worth keeping intact and selling to collectors.
Train Graveyard Simulator mixes technical work with logistics and business planning. Players will manage orders, invest money into new equipment and gradually turn a scrapyard into a larger recycling operation.
The project covers both historic locomotives and modern rail vehicles. This gives the simulator a broader range of machines to disassemble, repair, sell or recycle.
