Titan Quest 2 Receives Hotfix — Key Combat and Multiplayer Bugs Fixed
Grimlore Games has released the first hotfix for the Northern Beaches update in Titan Quest II’s Early Access, concentrating on critical gameplay corrections and stability improvements.
Early Access Content Update 1 – Hotfix 1 addresses several major issues that affected combat predictability, item drop behavior, and multiplayer synchronization. A key change corrects the random number generator, which had been producing predictable results in damage calculations and undermining the reliability of critical hits.
The hotfix also restores missing unique items, fixes issues that prevented bosses like Pan from being defeated properly, and resolves various multiplayer sync errors. Players should now experience more stable sessions, accurate quest displays for all participants, and smoother interactions with vendors. Additionally, sound effects for the new staves and traps have been improved, and creature models that could previously appear invisible have been corrected.
Full patch notes are available on the official Steam post.
Titan Quest II is an upcoming action-RPG from Grimlore Games and publisher THQ Nordic, serving as a sequel to the original Titan Quest. The game entered Early Access on PC in August 2025, with a full release planned for 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
