Tonight’s Devolver Direct 2022 was an opportunity to discover a new little girl from All Possible Futures: The Plucky Squire. From what we are told, the game tells the adventures of Jot and his friends who discover that there is a world outside the pages of their book. In fact, this journey into a three-dimensional universe is mainly due to the Machiavellianism of Humgrump who released them from the book to change the course of history, and thus ensure the victory of his troops.
In order to save his friends and ensure that the book ends with a happy ending, Jot will therefore have to take up a whole host of challenges that will stand in his way, knowing that his peregrinations will juggle between 2D and 3D. with an artistic touch that has already caught our eye. Yes, we can say that this is the book of which we are the hero. The Plucky Squire is set for release in 2023 on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.
