The National, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Julian Casablancas, TV on the Radio, Lee Renaldo, Galaxie 500’s Dean Wareham, and extra have compiled customized playlists of their favourite Velvet Underground songs on Tidal, Rolling Stone experiences. The compilations had been made as a part of an upcoming New York exhibition in honor of the legendary group. Find of all the playlists here, and hearken to the National’s picks under.
“The Velvet Underground Experience” takes place at 718 Broadway in Greenwich Village from October 10 to December 31, and can function an intensive assortment of Velvets art work, movie, portraits, objects, and different memorabilia.
