As of January 9, 2019, music podcast “Song Exploder” will now not be hosted by creator and producer Hrishikesh Hirway. Instead, musician Thao Nguyen, of Thao & the Get Down Stay Down, will act as visitor host at some stage in the brand new 12 months. Hirway will function the present’s government producer.
Hirway mentioned in a press launch: “Hosting and producing the show for the past five years has been exciting and educational. I’ve had the chance to speak with some of my favorite artists, and learned so much about music, and podcasts, and what goes into both of them. The show has evolved and grown over the years, and I’m thrilled that ‘Song Exploder’ will be able to continue its evolution next year.”
