Taylor Swift Launches Second ‘Showgirl’ Vinyl—On Sale for Just 48 Hours

With yet another timed teaser, Taylor Swift has once again delighted collectors by revealing a new vinyl variant of her upcoming album. The latest “Baby, That’s Show Business” edition elevates the The Life of a Showgirl experience with vibrant packaging and exclusive keepsakes.

On Thursday, August 21, at 2:00 PM ET, Swift’s website countdown culminated in the unveiling of this second limited pressing of her 12th studio record, due October 3. Inside each package, fans will discover a booklet of candid photos and original poems by the 14-time Grammy winner. The two-disc set is pressed on bouquet-orange and beach-blue vinyl, while the cover art depicts Swift adorned in a yellow feather headdress and jeweled lingerie, surrounded by fellow showgirls in mid-performance.

This special edition is available for only 48 hours—or while supplies last—through her official store, so fans should act fast to secure their copy.

The “Baby, That’s Show Business” variant follows the “Shiny Bug Edition,” which debuted just days earlier after a purple countdown. That version featured Swift in a spiky, glitter-embellished leotard, posing against a minimalist backdrop, and was likewise available for a mere two days.

Countdowns have become a hallmark of the Life of a Showgirl rollout. The first timer, set against an orange backdrop, appeared a day before Swift announced her new album; hours later, it morphed into a series of stylized doors that echoed visuals from her global Eras Tour.

On the August 13 episode of the New Heights podcast, Swift revealed the album’s primary artwork and tracklist. Produced by Max Martin and Shellback and featuring a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter on the title track, the record promises back-to-back pop anthems.

“It’s more upbeat, with melodies so infectious you’ll practically rage at them,” Swift teased, calling The Life of a Showgirl her most fun, high-energy project yet.
