Tame Impala to Play One‑Night‑Only DJ Set Produced by Cercle — Find Out Where

Kevin Parker, the creative force behind Tame Impala, is set to perform a DJ set for the acclaimed live-electronic series Cercle as part of the rollout for the upcoming Tame Impala album, Deadbeat.

The record arrives via Sony Music on October 17, 2025, and Cercle has scheduled Parker’s set for October 10, 2025 at a site in the vicinity of Mexico City.

Organizers have kept the precise venue confidential and will reveal it only to registered attendees. They say the performance will pair Parker’s immersive sound design with Cercle’s cinematic production values to create a multi-sensory experience that departs from conventional concert formats.

If you can’t attend in person, the set will be recorded and published on Cercle Music’s YouTube channel on October 28, 2025. That video release will allow a global audience to experience the performance after the live date.

Deadbeat draws inspiration from the “bush doof” rave traditions of Parker’s native Western Australia, recasting Tame Impala’s sonic identity through the lens of a forward-looking, primitive rave aesthetic. To date, three singles from the album — “End of Summer,” “Loser” and “Dracula” — have already been issued.

The term “bush doof” describes countercultural gatherings in remote natural settings that emerged in Western Australia in the early 1990s; these parties typically spotlight trance, psytrance and other electronic subgenres and derive their name from the characteristic drum-driven “doof” sound of the kick.

Cercle, founded in Paris in 2016, is known for staging memorable DJ sets in extraordinary locations — from the Eiffel Tower to salt flats and mountaintop vistas — and for blending live performance with cinema-quality production. The brand also operates a record label and recently produced the Cercle Odyssey series, which brought immersive events to Los Angeles, Mexico City and Paris.
