ARK Summer Bash 2021: Dates, Rates, Skins and Chibi Pets

ARK: Summer Bash 2021 turned the survival game’s official servers into a summer event with boosted rates, themed cosmetics and new chibi pets. Community Crunch 275 initially advertised a June 30–July 14 run; the official ARK community wiki records July 21 as the final end date after the event window was extended.

Server rates

Standard official servers received 3x experience, harvesting, taming and breeding, a 0.5x mating interval and a 1.5x Hexagon bonus. Small Tribes and Conquest used 4.5x experience, harvesting and taming plus 4x breeding. ARKpocalypse used 5x for experience, harvesting, taming and breeding.

New cosmetics and chibis

The event added the Ichthy Isles and T-Rex swimsuit skins, a Sea Life shirt, sunglasses, a torch sparkler and a water-soaker skin. Players could unlock the Backflip and Hula emotes. Five new chibis joined the reward pool: Astrodelphis, Deal With It Dodo, Maewing, Straw Hat Otter and Voidwyrm.

Lost Island creature vote

Studio Wildcard also reported more than 1,000 creature submissions for Lost Island. Submissions were due by July 23, after which the field would be narrowed to a top ten and put to a final community vote.
