Generally, when an almost unstoppable leak spreads on the Web like wildfire, two solutions present themselves to the publisher: either deny the obvious, or confirm by using humor. Obviously, Capcom opted for the second option compared to Street Fighter 6 roster leak. Remember that according to some insiders, the cast should be made up of 22 characters, including the 8 emblematic fighters of Street Fighter II (Ryu, Chun-Li, Ken, Zangief, Dhalsim, Blanka, Honda and Guile).

Besides, it is not impossible that it formalizes some of the characters during his showcase which will take place on the night of Monday June 13 to Tuesday June 14, at midnight.
